We give in person private and group Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Prenatal/Postnatal style yoga classes - all designed to support a mindful lifestyle, and improve your physical and mental health.

Yoga can help you cope with the physical and emotional changes experienced throughout pregnancy, and it can also prepare both body and mind for birth. Within the comforting and supportive environment of our group classes, you are invited to develop community and friendship, to connect with people who are on a similar path as yours. Weekly classes always begin with a short discussion on a topic related to pregnancy, birth, or the postpartum period. Yoga practice then focuses on postures that aim to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, keep the body flexible and alleviate many common discomforts of pregnancy. You will also learn breathing techniques throughout class that you will be able to use during labor for pain management. Prenatal/postnatal yoga is open to all, no prior yoga experience is necessary.
