This February, Fimo invites you to experience deep rest through guided meditation, ancestral reflection and a soothing sound bath. In honour of Black History Month, the session on February 1 and 22 will begin with a meditation rooted in remembrance, followed by an immersive sound experience designed to calm the nervous system and soften the body. Open to all. No prior experience required.

Finding Rest is a unique communal resting space thoughtfully curated to nourish body, mind and spirit. Fimo offers participants a sound bath that seamlessly transitions into a meditation, accompanied by an insightful discourse on the transformative power of rest.
