IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Doors open 15 minutes before class. Please note the door closes 5 minutes after class begins.
Bring your mat (only those with recurring memberships can store their mat in the studio. Mat storage is not included in the introduction month, promotions or class packages)
Late cancellation fee (for classes canceled less than 2 hours before practice) & no-show: $10 for members, or loss of class for class cards and drop-ins and class pass.
Waiting list – you will receive an email message if a space opens in class for you.
Reservation is strongly encouraged for all classes (reservations open 2 weeks in advance)
There are no cellphones allowed while in the large or small room.
Silence is requested once entering the class.
