Welcome to new, improved and now recurring Breathe & Rewire workshop which is a unique blend of science-based evidence with spiritual yogic tools to shift yourself from stress to peace. Each workshop being an immersive and personalized experience where you walk away understanding, integrating and experiencing profound nervous system regulation.
The truth is we have been a sold a lie when it comes to regulating our brain’s stress response. That it is really complicated, that we don’t know much about it, that you need to buy a supplement or have a 20-step morning routine or need to course to “fix” you. When the truth is that once you learn how to use your OWN biology to communicate to your brain, it can take less than 5 minutes to begin to shift stressful state to calm and controlled state.
This repeated over and over again is what creates a brain that has space and energy to create what it wants in life in a way that feels safe compared to someone who is simply surviving, constantly burning out and completely drained by the end of each day. And this is not a truth I made up, it is backed up by science on how to create circuits in our brain and how to use our breath to regulate our nervous system.
What is your event?
You can expect 20-minute discussion on your nervous system’s stress response, what triggers it, how it shows up in your body, and where your breath can intervene.
You will experience an hour of transformative movement and breathwork session that will create a foundational circuit in your brain wire for calm and/or give your existing neural circuits a boost with high frequency stimulation to make it even stronger.
You will get step by step guide in both text format as well as audio/video format of 8 breathing techniques/exercises to take home with you to manage your stress anywhere anytime.

Bio:
Sylvie is a yoga and meditation teacher doing her PhD in neuroscience at McGill university. She is passionate about researching and teaching tools to regulate stress and rewire your brain’s limited beliefs/repetitive patterns. She also does brain training where she combines at home EEG devices with meditation practises in both one-on-one and group settings to support people’s brain goals.
