Get Grounded is a weekend women’s wellness and inner alignment retreat designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and feel supported by nature. Through yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness, Human Design, community, and ceremony, we create space for grounding, reflection, and renewal.
This year’s retreat takes place over the Fall Equinox, offering a natural moment of transition and balance as we shift into a new season together. Arrive at 5:00PM on Friday September 18 and depart on Sunday at 1PM. Expect dinner on the friday, 3 meals and snacks on the saturday and brunch on the sunday. All meals are vegetarian and rooted in ayurvedic. tradition.
