There is a current that moves through the body like water—ancient, intelligent, and alive.
In Taoist traditions, this current is known through the dragon—a symbol of awakened life force, wisdom, and the spiraling intelligence that animates all living systems. The dragon does not force; it flows. It coils through the spine, gathers in the center, and rises through presence, breath, and awareness.
In Japanese mythology, this current is also held by Benzaiten, the goddess of water, sound, and sacred expression. Often associated with rivers, islands, and flowing movement, she is the keeper of voice, intuition, and the transmission of truth through vibration. Where the dragon moves energy, Benzaiten gives it sound, language, and form.
This embodied ritual is a meeting point of these lineages—a weaving of dragon codes, mythology, herbalism, and empowering practices.
Through Tai Chi with Kimiko, you’ll awaken the dragon lines of energy and cultivate fluid strength. Through core and voice activations with Eliza, you’ll root into the body’s energetic center and express from the seat of authenticity.
This will culminate in a ceremonial tea ritual featuring Moon Peach tea from Ishigaki Island, Japan—a plant revered in Okinawan herbal traditions for its protective and healing qualities.
On the eve of the new moon, we’ll close with an immersive sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle, the mind to soften, and the body to integrate. This is an invitation to go on a journey through the traditional practices that will help you return to your center and move with the grace of the dragon.
